David L. Bradley
I make art as a means for figuring out how to be human, how to be around other people, and how to make sense of the universe. I try to not care if other people appreciate my work because I don’t want to let worry about what other people think get in the way of the decisions I make when I am in the studio. The studio is my playground, my laboratory, my safe place to do what makes me happy. I do like it when others respond to my work however. It means I’ve made a connection with another person, and my way of thinking has resonated with some other crazy person.
