All Eyes On You IV

The fourth annual All Eyes on You (AEOY) call for entries had no set theme. We invited artists to submit work that reflects their strongest ideas, materials, and ways of working. The result is a wide range of voices and approaches, each grounded in personal experience.

Harking back to AEOY I, the first open call for work from outside the collective, each member of the collective selected one piece that spoke to them. These choices were guided not by a set of rules, but by individual connection—what felt meaningful, compelling, or familiar to each of the 18 artist members. Together, these selections form an exhibition shaped by many perspectives rather than a single vision.
We see these works as the beginning of a conversation that extends beyond the exhibition itself.

AEOY IV includes ceramics, drawing, fiber, installation, mixed media, painting, photography, and sculpture. The works differ in form and subject, but share a strong sense of presence and intention. Some are quiet and reflective; others are bold and direct.
Each offers its own way of seeing and understanding the world.

What connects this exhibition is not a common theme, but a shared act of attention. Each piece represents a moment where one artist’s work resonated with another. In bringing these works together, the exhibition creates space for those connections to expand—inviting viewers to find their own points of recognition, curiosity, and meaning.

Look at each work to find your own reaction, then read the work label to see what drew each member artist to the piece. Notice where your response aligns—and where it doesn’t. You may see something the artist member didn’t mention, or feel pulled in a different direction.
Stay with that.
Let your reactions shift as you move between the work and the words, and consider what your perspective brings to the conversation.
